Hi Tom
And a big welcome to the forum [clap], you now have Florida information and advise in abundance.
Hi Tom and welcome!
If you enjoyed Florida in a hotel - you will love it in a villa. Nothing beats the freedom it gives you to take a dip in your own pool, eat in , eat out - the choice is yours! Enjoy your search![msnsmile2]

Welcome to the forums Tom.
Just a quick note as a 3 bed owner myself: I would not get anywhere near breaking even for a rental of £350 per week including tax. I'm in the villa rental business for the long term and charge a fair rent for a very excellent product - I just about cover my costs at my current rental rates and put enough aside to cover keeping the villa in the very top condition we demand for our guests.
I just wanted to put the record straight in case anyone reading this thread thinks that's the going rate for a 3 bed. As an owner if I rented at that rate and did not have very deep pockets, my villa would very quickly fall in standard and eventually I would have to give it up as a foreclosure as it does not make economic sense [msnsad]
That's all I will say on it as I do not want to distract the thread from the purpose of it - i.e. to welcome you to the forums and help you find that perfect villa for your vacation [msnsmile]

Tom, it is really worthwhie spending a bit extra on your accommodation. It makes a HUGE difference to your stay and you will spend more time enjoying your home and therefore spend less money entertaining yourself
A great house will always rent out well and you have to question why an owner would take a low rate.
Since you are going to lay out a lot on flights and theme park tickets.I would not risk not having really nice accommodation
We do not have a 3 bed house, but we have rented that size often and I would rather compromise on my flight (19 hours)than on my villa ((330 hours)
Have a great time
Welcome to the Forum i am sure you will find it very useful, glad you have found something - remember you get what you pay for and you would only want the best,as this makes the holiday! enough said
