Just wondering what the weather is like in February in Florida. Really have no idea what clothes to take etc???

We went out to Florida last February and had very warm weather in the day but could get chilly in the evenings
The night we left some friends of ours stayed and said it was really cold
I guess you should take jeans and sweaters along with shorts really, a bit of everything
Or you could could shop whilst you are there[msnwink][msnwink]
That's a better idea
Have a great time, only 25 days to go for us now[clap][clap]

I would take bits of everything as well. I have been out before in February and it has been fantastic during the day and just a bit chilly of a night but I have also been there when you would need to be wearing jeans and a jumper/jacket during the day as well.
We were out over Christmas at our villa and even though some of the days were a bit chilly at the beginning and end of the day it was great weather for the parks.

This year in Feb it was pretty cold during the day even when the sun was shining. I would advise a fleece, as this can be used day and night and doesn't weigh a lot. We left a change of clothes in the lockers at the parks.

As the others have said, would definately recommend a fleece for the evenings, just in case. The weather is hard to predict. Today here in Florida is a beautiful sunny day with the temperature at 78f, so could be warm as well[8D]

It can be anything from 80 in the day to 50 at night. So you need to be prepared for chilly evenings. The best thing about the weather in Feb is that there is hardly any rain. Another great thing about Feb is that its a great time for the parks as the lines are light because other than Presidents day there are no American Holidays.
Feb is a great time to go but keep the woolies in the car or better still in a locker if you are in the parks until late.

I agree with everybody. We went last Feb half term and had beautiful weather, not too hot not too cold. We loved it so much we are going at the same time this year[msnsmile]

We went the last week fo February last year, nice in the day but cool at night so needed a cardigan, love it at this time of year.[msnsmile2]
We were there in February last year and going again for half term this year. As everybody has said you do get a bit of everything with the weather. We wore t-shirts and shorts during the day and just popped trousers and jumpers on for the evenings. It is a good time to go as it is dry and the queues won't be as long as in the summer.

We went 26th february last year for 2 weeks and had a real mixed bag.
4 days of rain/cold, 4 days of hot sunshine, 4 days of okay afternoons after a cold morning.
Some nights were pretty chilly and some were warm.
The rainy weather was headline news on local tv as it is supposed to be the dry season!
