Flight over wasn't brilliant. We decided to book World traveller plus on BA for OH and I as a treat, this being a wedding holiday, but we were unable to check in on-line so had to do it at Gatwick. Our seats were on opposite sides of the plane. :( Not a good start, staff were unhelpful, and once on the plane we had to ask people if they would consider moving for us, ourselves, cabin crew didn't want to know despite the occasion. Some lovely people agreed to move so we could at least sit together.;)

Anyhow, once at MCO, we got a great surprise when our 4 door compact ended up being a Nissan Rogue SUV! Bonus! our other car, there being 8 of us in total, is a Ford Expidition, great car, lovely to drive.
No hitches on the run to the villa at Calabay Parc, and what a fantastic place it is. Took your breath away and left a tear in the eye when we walked in. Thanks Tracey and Paul.[msnsmile2]

We picked up some groceries, and chilled out with a beer by the pool. Day 1 proper, OH and I had to go to the courthouse to get the marriage certificate in Clermont. Whilst there the deputy clerk told us about a great little tikki bar down at the Lake Minneola Inn which over looks the lake. They did the best grilled chicken and burgers I've ever tasted. Everyone spent the day having fun in the pool and relaxing off the tiredness, and we had a chinese takeout from China 1 at Champions Gate, V.nice.

Day 2- Seaworld. Up and out at the park for 1030am. Very warm today, and surprisingly busy. The two girls 4 and 6 loved it. Their first taste of parks. We were going to do Magic Kingdom, but no fireworks on a Friday night, and you can't do MK without fireworks! So that's tomorrow. Did a trip out to Wild Arctic, Atlantis, Kraken for us oldies!, and had lunch at the hospitality centre with a beer, Kids went mad in the little water area, saw the penguins, and finished off the day with the Belive show in the soak zone....brilliant!

I'm sitting now with a glass of wine, tapping away, whilst the adults thrash it out on the air hockey table and the kids sleep soundly in the room next to me. Deep joy!

Where is Lake Minneola? Is it somewhere near downtown Clermont? What is the name of the bar?

Have a wonderful time and hope your wedding plans go smoothly.

Lake Minneola is in Cleremont, either come off the 27 at one end of East Ave or off the 50 at the other. If you've come off the 27 the Lake Minneola Inn is on your right approx 200yrds down. If you've come off the 50 turn right into East Ave, follow the road through the residential area and alongside the lake on your left. The Inn will be on your left.
Keep a lookout for it the sign can be hidden by trees and cars, we overshot it twice. When you get the there wander through the trees and down to the lake on the wooden decking. You can't miss it.
