I remember about ten years ago in Jacksonville, Fl, a guy bought four car tires for his Ford Escort. He fitted them himself using his own tire wrenches. Then as he was blowing them up at the local garage, one exploaded. It seemed he put too much air in.
He sued the tire company, the tire dealer, the garage owner and Ford. All four for not supervising him in his exploits. What a jackass!
He won all four suits.
