Want to experience wider range of different restaurants this time round in Orlando. Any advice on the top five for a family of five plus one. 3 lads from 10 14 and 20. Youngest loves standard burger type meals, we love italian, steaks, seafood, Thai etc, etc[:P][:P][:P]! One of our party is vegetarian!
Any advice welcome. I thought that based on your returns I would start a poll to see what people think.

We would vote for UNO and Outback Steakhouse , for good value and good quality food. For a family of 5 it was only $20 or so more than a eat all you can buffet , but it was so much nicer being waited on!

Race Rock!!! its so cool!! the size portions are great! really, they do cheesey chips! or bacon cheesey chips, my kids love cheesey chips, the burgers are brilliant!! we just love it, many models of racing cars trucks and motor bikes to look at and Harley davidson sit and rides racing slot machines, my eldest there was 21 Russell, my 17 year old daughter and 9 year old daughter all thoroughly enjoyed this place!!
service was also so friendly and sooooo very helpful!! nothing was to much trouble, oh they have TV screens all around with constant video streaming of all sorts of motor racing, so if theyre interested in that it would be good

Try Ruby Tuesdays for Steaks & Burgers and for the veggies they have a good Salad Bar and a jacket (baked) Potato (get them to hold the bacon bits though) and a veggie burger. There is a Ruby Tuesdays at the Florida Mall food court and on the 192 around marker 10/11.

For the Italian try Romanos Macaroni grill, There are a couple of veggie pasta options plus a create your own pasta meal with a choice of Pastas, Ingredients and sauces. There is a Macaroni Grill around maker 10 on the 192. The veggies should avoid the soup as the base isn't meat free.

For Italian also try the Olive Garden, Marker 10 on the 192 and at the Orange Blossom Trail/Sand Lake Road intersection.

Also see this link http://www.villasflorida.com/vacatio...n_orlando.aspx and look at the links to the left for other dining options

HRC, Margaretaville (can never spell that), Ruby Tuesdays, TGIF, Don Pablos, Lobster feasts (they sell meat too, all you can eat buffet),
Cattlemans for a treat, leaves places like the Outback way behind.

We went to a Red Lobster on the 192, both my 2 are fussy eaters, but we were invited and it was an opportunity for me to have lobster, so we went...WOW, highly recommend! The menu choice was excellent the price, quality, quantity amazed me We will be adding it to a restaurant list for October, definately.[msnwink]

Outbacks is my favorite as you can get steaks, burgers, fish pasta, and for an appetizer before dinner a big bloomin onion!

Our favourites are Outback (for steak), Olive Garden (Italian) and Tony Romas (for ribs).[msnsmile2]
Can also recommend the Cattlemans for a nice steak, a bit more pricey but very nice.[msnsmile]
