Satelite Internet

Can anyone offer any experience of using any of the suppliers that provide a broadband satelite connection in the Orlando area. We will be moving to Clermont in a fairly remote spot, for high speed internet purposes, that doesnt have cable and will need to have a high speed connection. I understand that there are a couple of companies that provide this service and I would much appreciate others views.

Works great for me. Lose the connection during bad storms, which is no problem as the PC should be switched of anyway. I find it faster than dsl. Although its no good if you do online gaming as there is a short delay.

Thanks for that Martin. Who do you use? and can you advise me of what I should be looking at for connection charge purposes and the monthly payment. Also how long does it take to get connected? Thanks again.

We use direcway. We paid aloty for installation at around $1200, I think that is much lower now. Waited about 3 days for installation and pay $60 per month. I do find it much better that dsl which we have in the office.
