You have to go to the sites on here above the page .
Put your dates on and how many people there will be in the villa .How many adults and how many children if you have any .
You will be contacted by e-mail the villas that have your dates available and the cost also the refundable security deposit .
    All villas do this .
    HOPE THIS HELPS YOU .

    Alessio,
to answer your question it does not have to be a family renting. It can be just friends.

    Welcome Alessio,

You and your friends will find a rental villa is much better (and cheaper) than a hotel.

thanks to all for the availability. I would have others 3 questions: 1 the moneies come given to all first of the arrival or only a part? 2 thing means pool heating?
3 for the delivery of the keys as it works?

    thanks[msnsmile]

Normally a deposit is paid on booking the villa and the balance paid at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival, but this amount of time will vary from villa to villa, so you would need to ask the villa owner of the villa you are interested in.

Not sure what your question is about pool heating, but I would strongly recommend pool heating in October.

Again with regard to keys, the system varies. With some villas you collect keys from the management companies, some have electronic keyboards and some have a lockbox whereby the owner will give you a code to punch in and the key will be contained within the lock box.

When you have found a villa you like your villa owner will be able to answer all the questions you have, as they do vaary from villa to villa.

    Have a great time!

thanks for all! you have been kind, but the only doubt remains the pool heating, wants to say the cleaning of the swimming pool? how it works? I must take it every day in order?[confused]

All owners would recommend pool heating in October. You would need to take it every day.

Pool heating usual has a minimum period. Pool heating cannot be turned on and off daily. You must request it for at least the minimum period... usually 5 to 7 days.

The pool will be cleaned once a week by a professional pool comapny. The cleaning will not affect the temperature of the water.

    I hope this helps.
