We will be selling our 4 bed 2 bath villa with south facing pool after August this year, (2014). The villa is situated at the rear of the Westridge Estate and overlooks conservation and a farmers field, it has villas either side but due to the shape of the oversize plot is not overlooked. It is certainly one of the best plots on the Westridge Estate.
The estate has a communal pool, children's play area, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.
The villa has a King bed in the master bedroom with en-suite shower, bath and his and her sinks, the floor is tiled, the double bedroom has a queen bed, and there is two twin bedrooms with 4 single beds, the family bathroom has a tiled floor, the kitchen is open plan with a nook and again has a tiled floor, there is of course a dining room and living room. All areas but the bathrooms and kitchen were re-carpeted 3 years ago. The community is part residential, part short term rental.
We have fitted many extras to the villa, since we bought it in 2004 we have fitted a Proliphix which controls the AC, pool heat and water, a monitored security alarm and a Schlage door lock which allows the renter to access the villa with a code, all three of these items can be programmed from anywhere in the world.
We have a large solar system fitted for pool heat and this is very efficient giving bath temperature water for free, also fitted to the spa is a blower giving soothing bubbles or a real pummelling dependant upon your mood, there are multi coloured lights fitted to both the pool and spa. The irrigation system is fitted throughout the grounds.
There are four cameras covering the drive, the front and both sides of the villa and the garage is set out as a games room and houses air hockey, pool and darts with seating and a table.
All beds were replaced 2 years ago.
