First time using new form - completed verification section but can't send.

Have heard reports that people were having problems with this new form.

Received husbands new passport yesterday so started with his first but found when I reached the very last page I get a a red circle with a line through it when I attempted to send it.

Decided to try sending my details but same thing happened.

Thought it might have been a problem due to his passport just being issued.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so how did you get round it.


Going to try again using my laptop as the desktop I was using is quite old.

Clutching at straws really, never had a problem renewing it before.

Estas completed and paid for.

Must have a compatability problem with my desktop. Renewed my sisters in January but it was still the old system.

Panic over can now relax!

Our lad had a similar problem and in his case, i found that he had a space before some of the details. He even did it 3 times exactly the same!
