There is nowhere you can book to swin with Wild Dolphins, only captive ones. If you want to witness dolphons in the sea, the Keys are probably the best but its a long drive. I have had close encounters with wild dolphons while jet skiing on the west coast. As with the boat trips they like to ride the wake. I have also seen quite a few along with Manatees in the intercoastal areas on the west coast. For a garanteed encounter Dscovery Cove is your best bet but they are captive.

https://www.dolphinworld.org/swim-wi...da/naples.html - you don't have to go as far as the Keys, Naples is SW Florida on the coast. Still a bit of a trek.
For that kind of money I woud stick with Discovery Cove. When I mentioned the keys, this was to see wild dolphins.

We have seen them at Siesta Key and Sanibel Island, on both occasions we were in the sea when they came into shore to look at us, it was a beautiful experience, but as they are wild there is no guarantee you will see them. We found that when you are looking for them, once you've seen one, you get an idea of what to look for then tend to see more. Wild dolphins are so much more rewarding than seeing them in captivity.
Diane.
We have seen them in St Petes Beach, once from the shore and my son and husband saw them whilst out on a jet ski
We had three nights in Marco Island recently and saw dolphins every day, they came quite close to shore and played with the people who were on the stand up paddle boats. From the beach you could take a boat trip to see the dolphins further out.
