Is anyone else having trouble joining Dollar Express?

I've tried https://www.dollar.com/Express/Enroll.aspx but it just redirects to the Dollar home page.

All browsers I've tried do the same.

Dollar have paused this for now, and about to launch an exciting new product which will be a great benefit to our customers, including those that have already booked but not yet collected. This will be for both Dollar and Thrifty. We will post on here once it has been launched, hopefully in the next 1-3 weeks.

Yes they have. You can now pre-register, upload license photo etc then print your rental agreement in advance. That means you can go directly to the parking lot to collect your car. About an hour before car collection you will receive an email telling you which parking bay to collect from (so you must be able to get Wifi access prior to collection). Alternatively they can text you the details.

We are just waiting for clarification on a few questions then will officially announce it, but I believe existing bookings can use this and it's available in most major locations.

So do you not get a choice of car. Can you also let me know, is there car collection at terminal C, not flown into C before.
