My wife loves this area - does anyone know of properties for sale - can we rent out in this area?

Celebration is stricly not short term rental I'm afraid - you can do long term rentals (stays of more than 6 months) but that is all.

Not if you are charging them for it and they are staying for less than 6 months - you would need a STR licence for that and it's not STR zoned.

I live in Celebration full time. You can only rent long term as John says ( 6 months at a time),There are some vacation properties here but they are used by the owners themselves and family and friends, but non commercially, ie no money changes hands. If you go to www.realtor.com and input 34747 as zip code and input $250,000 plus as price, you will start to get Celebration coming up. There is ( or was, it is still on realtor but that can be out of date) one house which has been used as a vacation home for sale fully furnished which is unusual for Celebration. a 4 bed 3 bath at $339,000 in South Village. No pool and very little garden.
